寧夏師范大學(xué)是寧夏回族自治區(qū)唯一的師范類本科院校，創(chuàng)建于1975年。學(xué)?，F(xiàn)設(shè)有16個(gè)教學(xué)單位，涵蓋9大學(xué)科門類43個(gè)本科專業(yè)，在41個(gè)學(xué)科、領(lǐng)域(方向)招收碩士研究生，形成研究生教育、本科教育不同層次，全日制高等教育、高等職業(yè)教育、成人繼續(xù)教育、留學(xué)生教育等不同類型的人才培養(yǎng)體系。2016年經(jīng)教育部批準(zhǔn)獲得招收外國留學(xué)生資格，先后與10余所國（境）外高校建立友好合作關(guān)系。學(xué)校秉承“開放辦學(xué)、內(nèi)涵發(fā)展、全面提高教育質(zhì)量”的辦學(xué)理念，為社會累計(jì)培養(yǎng)各類人才5萬余人，被譽(yù)為“六盤山下人才基地，寧南山區(qū)教師搖籃”。
Founded in 1975,?Ningxia Normal University is the?only?undergraduate normal university?in?Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The university comprises?16?academic institutions with?43?undergraduate?programs?across 9 major academic disciplines?and it?enrolls master’s students in 41 disciplines, fields (or specializations), forming a talent?cultivation?system?of different levels?that includes postgraduate education and undergraduate education, as well as diverse models such as full-time higher education, higher vocational education, adult continuing education, and international student education.?It obtained approval from the Ministry of Education to?enroll?international students in 2016 and?has established partnerships with over 10 overseas universities.?Adhering?to the educational philosophy of?“open?education, connotative development, and all-round improvement of education quality”,?it has cultivated over 50,000 professionals for society and is renowned as the?“Talent Base at the Foot of Liupan Mountains?and the Cradle of Teachers?in Southern Ningxia”.
一、招生類別與專業(yè)
Programs
（一）漢語言文學(xué)本科：招收20名，學(xué)制4年，學(xué)生在規(guī)定學(xué)習(xí)期限內(nèi)，完成相應(yīng)培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃規(guī)定內(nèi)容，考核合格并通過畢業(yè)論文答辯，學(xué)校頒發(fā)本科畢業(yè)證書，經(jīng)學(xué)位審查合格，授予相應(yīng)學(xué)位。
Bachelor’s?Program in Chinese Language and Literature
Enrollment: 20 students
Duration: 4 years
Students will be awarded diplomas upon successful completion of all program requirements within the prescribed study period,?qualified?examination, and successful defense of a thesis. Those who fulfil the requirements for bachelor’s degree will also be awarded a degree certificate.
（二）漢語進(jìn)修生：招收10名，學(xué)制1年，學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)期限內(nèi)完成規(guī)定學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容，學(xué)校頒發(fā)結(jié)業(yè)證書。
Chinese Language Training Program
Enrollment: 10 students
Duration: 1 year
Students will be awarded?certificate of completion?upon?successful completion?of?the program.
二、申請資格
Eligibility Requirements
（一）申請人須是非中國國籍公民，年滿18周歲以上，持有效外國護(hù)照，身體健康，品行端正，遵守中國法律、法規(guī)和學(xué)校的規(guī)章制度。2025年8月31日前未滿18周歲申請人，須按要求提供《未成年人委托書》。
Applicants?shall?be non-Chinese citizens holding a valid foreign passport and at least 18 years old by the time of enrollment. They?should?be in good health, demonstrate good moral character, and comply with all Chinese laws, regulations, and university?regulations. For applicants who will not turn 18 by August 31, 2025,?the?Guardianship Authorization Form for Minors?should?be submitted as required.
（二）高中畢業(yè)及以上學(xué)歷（申請時(shí)尚未畢業(yè)須提供預(yù)畢業(yè)證明，最遲在入學(xué)前取得高中畢業(yè)證書）。
Applicants should be graduated from high school or above?（Applicants who are still in the last year of high school can provide expected graduation certificate for submitting application while the official graduation certificate should be provided before enrollment）.
（三）滿足相應(yīng)的語言水平要求（證書須在有效期內(nèi)）。
申請漢語言文學(xué)本科的學(xué)生需通過新漢語水平考試（HSK）4級，且成績需達(dá)到180分以上；申請漢語進(jìn)修生不作語言要求。
Applicants should meet the corresponding language level requirements (The language proficiency certificate should be within the validity period).
A?minimum score of 180?in the?new?HSK Level 4 is required?for applicants to the Bachelor’s Program?and there is no language proficiency requirement?for applicants to the Chinese Language Training Program.
（四）符合教育部教外函【2020】12號文件規(guī)定：“依據(jù)《中華人民共和國國籍法》第五條，父母雙方或一方為中國公民并定居在外國，本人出生時(shí)即具有外國國籍的，不具有中國國籍。自2021年起，其申請作為國際學(xué)生進(jìn)入我高等學(xué)校本?？齐A段學(xué)習(xí)，除符合學(xué)校的其他報(bào)名資格外，還應(yīng)持有有效的外國護(hù)照或國籍證明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至入學(xué)年度的4月30日前）之內(nèi)有在外國實(shí)際居住2年以上的記錄（一年中實(shí)際在外國居住滿9個(gè)月可按一年計(jì)算，以入境和出境簽章為準(zhǔn)）。”
Applicants should abide by the No.12 Document of 2020 issued by the Ministry of Education, PRC. It stipulates that?“According to Article 5 of?Nationality Law of The People’s Republic of China, a person whose parents are both Chinese citizens and have both settled abroad, or one of whose parents is a Chinese citizen and has settled abroad, and who has acquired foreign nationality at birth shall not have Chinese nationality. Since 2021, those applying to study at universities or junior colleges of China as international students, should meet other application qualifications of the school. In addition, applicants shall hold valid foreign passports or other relevant international recognized documents for at least 4 years; meanwhile, in the latest 4 years (by each April 30th of the year of University registration), the applicants shall live overseas for more than 2 years (Living overseas for 9 months in a year can be regarded as 1 year, which is subject to the exit-entry stamps on passport.).
三、申請時(shí)間及流程
Application?Time and?Procedures
（一）在線申請
Online Application?(May 13–June?20, 2025)
申請人登錄寧夏師范大學(xué)在線申請系統(tǒng)http://apply.nxnu.chiwest.cn注冊賬戶，在線填寫申請表并提交申請材料（5月13日至6月20日）。
Create?an?account?on the website?http://apply.nxnu.chiwest.cn, complete the online application form and?upload?required materials.
（二）材料審核
University?Review?(June?21–23, 2025)
學(xué)校對申請人成功提交的全部申請材料進(jìn)行初步審查（6月21日至23日）。
Application materials?submitted successfully?will?be reviewed by professional teachers?of the university.
（三）全國來華留學(xué)信息系統(tǒng)前置審核
Preliminary Admission Qualification Review?by?China International Students’?Information System?(June?24–30, 2025)
通過初步審核后的申請人信息將上傳全國來華留學(xué)信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行前置審核，未通過該系統(tǒng)審核的申請人將不能錄?。?月24日至30日）。
Applicants?information?after the university?review?will be uploaded to the?System for?review.?Applicants who fail this review will not be admitted.
（四）錄取材料制作與發(fā)放
Online Interview and?Admission Notification?(July 1–10, 2025)
通過信息審核的申請人，學(xué)校將組織線上面試，面試通過者將在郵箱收到電子版《外國留學(xué)生簽證申請表》(JW202)以及《寧夏師范大學(xué)錄取通知書》(7月1日至7月10日)。
Applicants who pass the information review will be invited to an online interview?by the university. Those who pass the interview will receive the electronic version of the?Visa Application for Study in China Form?(JW202 Form) and the?Admission?Notice?of?Ningxia Normal University?via email.
四、申請材料
Required?Materials
申請人以中文或英文填寫《寧夏師范大學(xué)來華留學(xué)生入學(xué)申請表》，并連同以下報(bào)名材料以掃描件形式提交至學(xué)校招生管理平臺。

Applicants?should?complete the?Ningxia Normal University International Students?Application Form?in?Chinese or English, and submit it along with the following?application materials?as scanned copies through the university’s?online admission platform?http://apply.nxnu.chiwest.cn.
報(bào)名材料包括：
（一）最高學(xué)歷畢業(yè)證書（應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生可先提供預(yù)畢業(yè)證明）原件或公證件；
（二）最高學(xué)歷階段成績單原件或公證件，各類獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)證書原件或公證件；
（三）新漢語水平考試（HSK）成績單；
（四）有效普通護(hù)照首頁、所有簽證頁及護(hù)照照片；
（五）《外國人體格檢查表》（最近4個(gè)月內(nèi)）；
（六）無犯罪記錄證明（最近4個(gè)月內(nèi)）；
（七）學(xué)校推薦信（推薦人簽字并注明電子郵箱和聯(lián)系電話）；
（八）個(gè)人陳述（用中文或英文書寫，包括個(gè)人情況、家庭成員情況、學(xué)習(xí)與生活經(jīng)歷、社會活動參與情況以及對大學(xué)生活的規(guī)劃等）。
The materials include:
(1)?Original or notarized copy?of highest academic diploma (expected graduation certificate for?prospective graduates);
(2)?Originals or notarized copies?of academic transcripts from the highest level of education and certificates of awards;
(3) New HSK score report;
(4) Valid ordinary passport (copy of the information page, all visa pages, and a passport photo);
(5) Foreigner Physical Examination Form (completed within the last 4 months);
(6) Certificate of Non-criminal Record (issued within the last 4 months);
(7) Letter of recommendation from the school (signed by the recommender, with email and phone number provided);
(8) Personal statement (written in Chinese or English, covering personal background, family information, academic and life experiences, social activities, and plans for university life).
注意事項(xiàng)：
1.申請人在網(wǎng)上提交的所有申請材料均需以PDF或JPG格式文件上傳；
2.報(bào)到時(shí)須出示上述材料原件，以便與掃描件核對查驗(yàn)，如掃描件與原件不一致，將取消入學(xué)資格和相應(yīng)的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。

五、收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（人民幣）
Fees (RMB)
（一）報(bào)名費(fèi)：450元/人（報(bào)名費(fèi)一律不予退還）
Application Fee: 450 RMB/person (non-refundable)
（二）學(xué)費(fèi)
1.漢語言文學(xué)本科：12,800元/學(xué)年。
2.漢語進(jìn)修生：10,000元/學(xué)年。
Tuition:
Bachelor’s?Program: 12,800?RMB/year
Chinese Language Training Program: 10,000?RMB/year
（三）住宿費(fèi)
學(xué)校為在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)報(bào)到注冊的新生提供雙人間住宿（含獨(dú)立衛(wèi)?。?，住宿費(fèi)為3,600元/學(xué)年。
Accommodation:
Double room?of?3,600?RMB/year (with private bathroom?and?provided to students who register on time)
六、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金（人民幣）
Scholarships
（一）全額獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：
適用對象：漢語言文學(xué)本科專業(yè)學(xué)生
資助名額與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：資助10名優(yōu)秀學(xué)生，16,400元/學(xué)年。
Full Scholarship
Awarded to?10 outstanding students?of?Bachelor’s?Program with?16,400 RMB/year.
（二）校長獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：
適用對象：漢語言文學(xué)本科專業(yè)學(xué)生、漢語進(jìn)修生。
資助名額與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金發(fā)放比例不超過申請學(xué)生數(shù)額的50%，6,000元/學(xué)年。
President’s Scholarship
Awarded to no more than 50% of applicants (Bachelor’s?Program &?Chinese Language Training Program) with 6,000?RMB/year.
注意事項(xiàng)：
1.所有申請人須在收到錄取通知書后按規(guī)定在招生管理平臺繳納學(xué)費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)后方可辦理入學(xué)手續(xù)；
2.信息審核通過后學(xué)校將根據(jù)學(xué)生申請材料擇優(yōu)確定新生全額獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金名單。入學(xué)后自第二學(xué)年開始，學(xué)生的全額獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金將根據(jù)其在校表現(xiàn)和學(xué)業(yè)情況進(jìn)行動態(tài)調(diào)整；
3.全額獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金將在新生入學(xué)后一個(gè)月內(nèi)由學(xué)校一次性發(fā)放，16,400元/生；校長獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金按學(xué)期發(fā)放，3,000元/生/學(xué)期；
4.全額獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金與校長獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金不可重復(fù)享受；具體申請資格、評審標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及發(fā)放細(xì)則以學(xué)校當(dāng)年獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金管理辦法為準(zhǔn)。
Note:
1.?All admitted students?should?pay the tuition and accommodation fees through the admissions management platform as required before completing the enrollment procedures.
2.?The university will select recipients?admitted successfully?for the Full Scholarship based on the qualification?materials.?The Full Scholarship will be adjusted dynamically based on the student’s academic performance and conduct?from the second academic year.
3.?The Full Scholarship?(16,400 RMB/person) will be disbursed in a lump sum within one month after enrollment. The President’s Scholarship (3,000?RMB/person/semester)?will be distributed?by?semester.
4.?The?two?scholarships?cannot be awarded simultaneously. Specific eligibility criteria, evaluation standards, and disbursement rules are subject to the university’s current scholarship regulations.

注意事項(xiàng)：新生報(bào)到時(shí)需攜帶齊全的報(bào)到材料，包括個(gè)人普通護(hù)照原件(不接受外交護(hù)照和因公護(hù)照)、錄取通知書、簽證申請表原件(JW202)及入境學(xué)習(xí)簽證(X1)。

八、簽證申請
Visa Application
被錄取者應(yīng)持個(gè)人普通護(hù)照原件、錄取通知書、外國來華留學(xué)人員簽證申請表(JW202表)、外國人體格檢查記錄表及所有體格檢查(含血檢)報(bào)告，在入境前根據(jù)其學(xué)習(xí)期限向中國駐其國籍國或居住地國使領(lǐng)館或中國外交部委托的其他駐外機(jī)構(gòu)申請辦理學(xué)生簽證(X1)。
Admitted students?should?apply for an?X1 visa?at the Chinese embassy or consulate in?their?home country or residence?or other Chinese diplomatic missions authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs?with the original ordinary?passport, Admission?Notice,?JW202 Form,?Foreigner?Physical Examination Record?and all physical examination reports (including blood test) before entry into China.
注意事項(xiàng)：
被錄取的學(xué)生在抵達(dá)中國后30天內(nèi)將X1簽證轉(zhuǎn)換成學(xué)習(xí)類居留許可，逾期未辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)者，將做退學(xué)處理。學(xué)校不接受持非學(xué)習(xí)類簽證的學(xué)生報(bào)到入學(xué)。
Note:
Admitted students?should?convert their X1 visa into a Residence Permit for Study within 30 days of arrival in China. Those who fail to complete the procedures within the deadline will face expulsion.?Students holding non-study visas?will not be?enrolled.
